PLÜMAT machines offer a high flexibility and variability. You can combine all of our bag making and filling/sealing machines, semi automatic as well as fully automatic, to meet your requirements in the most economic way. PLÜMAT was the first company which integrated bag making, filling and sealing into one production line for the pharmaceutical industry. The result is: Form-Fill-Seal.
In a Form-Fill-Seal line film, connector and solution are directly and automatically processed to a finished bag in one machine without any intermediate steps. The advantages are not only the lower staff expenses also a lower risk of particle contamination and in addition the much easier validation of the process chain. The common solutions filled into the bags are glucose, saline and dialyses solutions, amino acids, fat emulsions and antibiotics.
Within the range of 50 - 5000 ml Form-Fill-Seal-Lines are capable of producing up to 9.000 single- or multi-chamber bags per hour.
