1. Introduction

As a maker of Electro-motive Hot-Cool Service Carts for hospitals, we have developed Hot-Cool Service Carts since 1997 when all Korean hospitals imported the whole products. We succeeded in developing the products first in Korea with consistent research and development and great investment, at first a Manual Hot-Cool Service Cart, second Pass Type Electro-motive Hot-Cool Service Cart and third, we completed development of injection molding for the outside cover. Now we have supplied over 1000 units to domestic hospitals and we are devoting ourselves to after-service and finding new markets in foreign countries with competitive power in terms of technology and quality.

The Happy Cart; Electromotive Hot & cool food service Carts for Hospital use

The Happy cart with proper temperature will improve the freshness of taste and the efficiency of catering job, and the upgraded design will give the high satisfaction to inpatients.
Also, newly developed devices for various functions are built in the carts for more efficient operation.

1.convenient mobility
Even though the cart is fully loaded, you can drive the cart very easily by pressing the forward & backward lever. The female can drive the cart easily on the incline of 5 degrees without much effort. Right and left wheels are revolving individually. When the carts turn left, the right wheels go round more than the left wheels. In case of changing the direction, just release the hands lightly from forward lever and rotate the cart at low speed.

2. Customer oriented design
When the cart moves backward, the front monitor allows safe driving to check rear situation by a CCD camera. Simple design with minimized unnecessary weight and a projecting part provides the turning and moving easily. A tight door that does not project any hinge and handle. The concentrated control panel located on the front side makes the user operate the cart safe & easily. The emergency stop switch makes the driver cope with the urgent situation and ensure the safety. Silent cast wheels on the cart ensure the stability & silent driving.

3. safety design
Setting the pre-heated trays, concentrated heating & cooling system allows managing the steps of proper temperature catering per layer. The concentrated maintains same temperature between the layers. The front touch sensor makes the driver take prompt action against the sudden situation and provides the safe driving. Aseptic antibiotic gasket and a powerful magnetic were used and the quality of the slim door was improved greatly. Inner structure was changed to S-curved design for more convenient cleaning & maintenance. The duplex door with thermal insulation is more solid due to the installation structure of high-intensity aluminum and injection molding plastic.
