Biosensor 01.10.2007

By combining the semiconductor CMOS process and a specific biosensor technology, MHS will introduce, in 2008, an electrical biological sensor capable of measuring very low electrical charge variation in a liquid and air environment. This biological sensor will be customized to detect DNA/protein in less than one hour. The high process integration will allow MHS Electronics to provide a first range of handheld products to serve the diagnostic, the environmental and the agrifood markets.

Telemetric sensor 01.10.2007

MHS has developed a proprietary process in this SCMOS3EE technology to measure the optical sunlight in the UVA and UVB wavelength. This capability is used to introduce and commercialize in 2008 a RF high integrated UV sensor read by a handheld reader. This product will serve the dermatology markets to evaluate the cumulative UV radiation dose received by the photosensitive patients during a long time period of several months.
