Automated pre-sterilization cleaning has been the choice of most health care providers and laboratory practitioners.
The washer disinfectors from Steelco with air drying system, represents an efficient support for the cleaning and thermal disinfection of all medical, dental and laboratory instruments. It excludes the professional risk due to handling infected instruments and allows the treatment of all infected instruments, including turbines, straight and angular hand-pieces, and hollow instruments. The operator provides only to the loading of the material and the selection of the cycle: all the rest -pre-wash, washing, thermal disinfection, warm air drying is provided by the machine. At the end of the cycle all the instruments are ready for sterilization without any further handling.

Thermal disinfection is carried out by maintaining the water temperature in the wash chamber at 90°C or 93°C for 1 up to 10 minutes.
