ComPACS 29.10.2007

ComPACS is a complete multi-modality image management and reporting system designed to exploit advanced technologies to provide efficient and integrated viewing, archiving, analysis and reporting for cardiology practice.

ComPACS is the result of Medimatic years of experience and close attention to physicians’ needs and workflow. A powerful but simple user interface allows you to quickly access the functions you need.

As a vendor neutral solution , ComPACS accepts images from any DICOM compliant acquisition device or from digitized video sources, leaving the institution free to select the device that best meets its needs.

Fully integrated and advanced analysis packages are available for various modalities allowing complete analysis and reporting from a single workstation and a uniform user interface.

ComPACS is also an extremely scalable and comprehensive PACS solution. The system is available in various different configurations ranging from stand-alone workstations to multiple workstations connected in a LAN or over the Internet.

This scalability makes ComPACS a versatile and affordable solution both for private practices and large size hospitals, allowing the system to gradually grow together with your activity.

ComPACS Cath Lab Analysis 02.11.2007

ComPACS Cath Lab Analysis modules consist in QCA II - Quantitative Coronary Analysis, LVA - Left Ventricular Analysis and IVUS image analysis.

ComPACS QCA II allows quantitative coronary analysis on angiographic images. The software has a simple, user friendly and intuitive interface. The operator must select only two points in the image to be analyzed, above and below the lesion. The points are used to establish a region of interest in which the coronary tree is extracted and the coronary skeleton and profiles identified. The program then computes the vessel dimensions and automatically identifies the stenosis and the normal profile. Moreover a densitometric analysis is carried out to provide an additional measurement and to identify possible mismatches with the geometric profile useful in interventional procedures.

ComPACS LVA allows quantitative analysis for the left ventricle on angiographic images. The operator easily and rapidly identifies the systolic a diastolic ventricle profiles with the mouse and the program provides analysis results in real time: ventricular volumes, body surface, normalized volumes, ejection fraction and a regional shortening graph.

ComPACS IVUS performs longitudinal reconstruction of the coronary from cross-sectional images in a DICOM IVUS sequence. It automatically calibrates, allows real-time modification of the section to be reconstructed and the computations of distances and areas both in the cross-sectional and reconstructed images. The images and sequences can also be printed or exported for inclusion in document or slides in most common formats.

ComPACS Echo Analysis 02.11.2007

ComPACSŪ Echo Analysis is a software module for echo quantitative analysis for image and loop files stored in DICOM 3.0. It provides vendor impartial 2D, M-Mode, Doppler and TDI off-line measurements and derived calculations, in particular for the cardiac and vascular field.

ComPACSŪ Echo Analysis measures distance, time, velocity, slope, circumference and computes area, volume, mass, shape, ejection fraction, fractional shortening and regional wall motion.

DICOM Interfaces 29.10.2007

As a result of Medimatic years of experience in the use of DICOM technology, MediMatic can respond to your needs to introduce DICOM features into your solution.

MediMatic technology is fully DICOM & IHE compliant, addressing both network & media profiles.
