Outsourced Medical Device Commercialization for Innovative Technologies

MEDCHANNEL offers emerging medical device companies an outsourced commercialization alternative to traditional paths to market and/or acquisition. MEDCHANNEL delivers Partners a highly efficient, low cost, lower risk outsource solution for all commercialization services necessary to launch new products into the US market. Together, we achieve our mission of supplying innovative technologies to doctors, hospitals, and surgery centers to solve problems and improve patient care.
MEDCHANNEL provides expert sales and marketing channels for carefully selected companies that have highly competitive new products, but may lack the expertise and/or funding to commercialize their devices. We create long-term partnerships via either Patent & Licensing Agreements or as Joint Ventures that lead to US market penetration, ongoing sales growth, and acquisition of a product or product family by a major medical device company.

MEDCHANNEL offers a comprehensive array of services that move products through the following phases:

A) Regulatory approval
B) Market introduction
C) Market penetration and sales growth
D) Acquisition
We rely on experienced devoted team members, well designed processes and systems, rigorous training, and superior customer service to insure a high level of quality in all aspects of our business.

HTS™ Doppler-Guided Hemorrhoid Treatment System 07.09.2007

The HTS Hemorrhoid Treatment System is an adjunctive audio vessel landmarking aid used to facilitate the minimally invasive treatment of hemorrhoidal arteries. The HTS system uses a single use Doppler Probe to quickly and precisely identify the location of offending arteries. Lateral and longitudinal operating windows created by the system components enable ligation and correction above the dentate line with patients reporting little discomfort.
HTS Doppler Probe
The disposable Doppler Probe is a key component of the Doppler-Guided Hemorrhoid Treatment System. A single probe is required to complete each case. This proctoscopic probe contains a precisely positioned Doppler sensor for the identification and ligation of hemorrhoidal arteries
HTS Doppler Handle
The reusable powered HTS Doppler Handle attaches to the HTS Electronic Unit and provides the Doppler probe and probe sleeve assembly illumination and power. The HTS Doppler Handle is provided non-sterile and must be sterilized prior to each use.

OmniPORT™ 02.11.2007

A single-piece, easily deployed Hand Access Port which provides a comfortable seal to the surgeon’s arm, with a small footprint on the patient’s abdomen.

OptiLAP-D™ Laparoscopic Instruments 02.11.2007

OptiLAP-D Fascia Cutters and Tissue Retrieval Bags enable protected, controlled incisions and subsequent easy removal of specimens. The devices are available sterile for single use only and are compatible with 10 mm trocars.

Suture Grasper Needle 02.11.2007

This suture grasper needle is a fast, easy and secure puncture closure device. It enables safe rapid closure of each trocar site. It offers simple and efficient one-hand operation, accommodating any size suture or any size trocar. Its cost-effective design permits multiple trocar site closure with a single device per case. It also allows for trocar closure without extending the incision.
