Highlight of the product range of MAVAND Solutions GmbH is the Rapid STAT® - a revolutionary point-of-collection test for saliva drug testing. Rapid STAT® is an easy to use and extremely sensitive drug of abuse test for saliva.

It also can be used as a surface wipe test in order to examine contaminated surfaces.

Rapid STAT® is a competitive immuno assay utilizing highly specific reactions between antibodies and antigens for the simultaneous detection of amphetamines, benzodiazepines, cocaine, methadone, methamphetamines, opiates, phencyclidine and THC in oral fluid.

Until now drug screenings have been performed using urine samples. For a short time saliva is accepted as an equivalent sample for the detection of drugs.
