About us
Maimed GmbH & Co. KG is a young and modern enterprise that is run by its owner, Mr. Dirk Pfemfert and is in family possession. The head office with the administrative and logistics buildings, along with the development and production departments, is located in the climatic health resort Neuenkirchen, in the midst of the Lüneburg Heath.
Here in Neuenkirchen also the clean room production for the customer-tailored individual sets is situated. In 2001 the logistics centre was extended once more, so that currently approximately 3.000 euro-pallets can be stored in our high-shelf-store.
Our Maimed office in Shanghai, in the People’s Republic of China, is responsible for a major part of the raw material purchase along with the respective quality control as well as for the distribution of our medical products in Asia.
The worldwide marketing and distribution is adopted by Sales Offices and cooperation partners in the individual countries. In Germany you can get countrywide customer care from our competent medical product advisors. In the last decade, the firm Maimed GmbH & Co. KG can look back on an annual, disproportionately big sales increase as well as on a constantly increasing number of satisfied customers throughout the world.
Already before the legal basis was given, we in our company have been working with a determined quality management system in order to guarantee the safety of our products. Since 1998 we have had our quality management system certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN 46001 as well as the EU guideline 93/42/EU Appendix V.
