AdvanSure HPV 16/18real-time PCR kit can detect HPV type 16 and type 18 respectively, using E6/E7 region specific primer and probe, applying PCR reaction and taqman chemistry. Internal control is concomitantly processed to prevent misjudgment from PCR reaction error.
