Electrical Modulated Thermal IR Emitter
Thermal IR source for gas sensing applications such as IR spectroscopy and photoaccoustic gas spectroscopy.

The micromachined silicon chip replaces existing mechanically chopped lamp solutions. A patentend process allows for the first time to manufacture reliable modulated IR sources with a high efficieny. The main benefits are:

- No moving parts / purely electrical modulation
- High electrical to optical conversion efficieny
- Large modulation depth
- High modulation frequency

- Compact packaging

The IR source is available in a TO39 can based packaging with and without reflector for intensity enhancement. Please ask for customer specific packaging options.

Mass Flow Sensing 17.09.2007

The MFlow series is comprised of compact mass flow sensors which provide a very accurate measurement of gas flows in the sub liter/min range with very fast response time. The MFlow is a fully packaged, ready to use gas flow meter with a LCD display and universal tube connectors. All sensors are fully calibrated, temperature compensated and deliver a linearized analog (0-5V) and digital (SPI or RS232) output.
