RehaBike: Tricycling for paraplegic People by means of FES

The RehaBike enables people affected by paralysis to ride a tricycle using the muscular power of their own legs. By means of Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES), muscles in the thigh are activated in such a way that coordinated movement is possible and sufficient power is generated.
This enables paralysed people to actively use their lower limbs again. The exercise boosts the metabolism and the cardiovascular system with many positive effects.
RehaBike offers people affected by paralysis a higher quality of life through physical exercise during an activity which is fun!

RehaMove- Ergometer training with Funct. Electr. Stimulation

RehaMove supplements the standard therapy for movement disorders, e.g. after stroke or accidents, through Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) of the impaired arms and legs and opens up completely new therapeutic possibilities for central paralysis. Through Functional Electrical Stimulation, the affected muscles are trained and the process of motor nerve propagation is accelerated.
More effective neurological rehabilitation is feasible.

RehaMove- Ergometer Training with Funct. Electr. Stimulation

Whereas in traditional motor powered ergometers the legs and arms are moved only passively, RehaMove offers the possibility of active involvement of the paralysed or impaired limbs. With RehaMove, the muscles are activated by electrical impulses (Functional Electrical Stimulation/ FES) in such a way that coordinated movement is possible and sufficient power for ergometer training is generated.
RehaMove consists of a motor powered cycling ergometer and
