Ever since it was established in 2000, the BayTech division of Bayern Innovativ has offered and steadily developed an innovative range of services that significantly simplify and support collaboration on projects between industry and science.

Inhalt
Die von einem radikalen Umbau betroffenen Sozial- und Gesundheitsbetriebe müssen sich wesentlich stärker betriebswirtschaftlich ausrichten. Dies stellt für Fach- und Führungskräfte neue und große Herausforderungen dar. Mit diesem Weiterbildungslehrgang erhält dieser Personenkreis eine grundlegende betriebs- und personalwirtschaftliche Qualifizierung.

Modul 1: Change-Management und neue Steuerungskonzepte im Sozial- und Gesundheitswesen
Modul 2: Kostenrechnung und Bilanzierung für Sozial- und Gesundheitsbetriebe
Modul 3: Personalmanagement, Teamentwicklung, Konfliktmanagement (mit einem Tag Gruppencoaching)
Modul 4: Marketing/Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Finanzierung
Modul 5: Prozessmanagement, Zeit- und Ressourcenmanagement, Controlling
Modul 6: Facharbeitskolloquium: Präsentation und Besprechung der Facharbeiten der Teilnehmer
Zulassungsvoraussetzungen:
Die Teilnehmer sollten über ein Hochschulstudium (Universität, Fachhochschule) und eine 2-jährige Berufserfahrung verfügen oder eine langjährige Berufserfahrung vorweisen können.
Interessenten, die diese Anforderungen (noch) nicht aufweisen, können im Rahmen eines persönlichen Auswahlgesprächs zum Lehrgang zugelassen werden, soweit einschlägige praktische Erfahrungen mit einzelnen Aufgabenfeldern des Lehrgangthemas vorliegen.
