Creating new possibilities in autoimmune diagnostics
AESKU.DIAGNOSTICS, located in Wendelsheim, 50 km from Frankfurt/Main is an ISO certified company (DIN EN ISO 9001:2000, DIN EN 46001:1996, DIN ISO 13485:2003), which distributes more than 100 CE marked ELISA kits for diagnostics of autoimmune diseases: the AESKULISA product line.

Unique features of the AESKULISA product line are the identical test procedures, identical standardisation and protocols, enabling easy automation and a high sample turnover, especially in larger laboratories. Moreover, the company concentrates on creating new possibilities for diagnosis. AESKULISA® product line

The AESKULISA® product line offers the possibility of detection of autoantibodies of a single specificity and subclass as well as combined antibody testing for different specificities:

AESKULISA® SCREENING tests are designed for the combined detection of different autoantibody specificities in one well. Each well is coated with a mixture of target antigens.

The AESKULISA® PROFILE line permits the differentiation of separate antibody specificities in one ELISA test resulting in an antibody profile as different antigens are coated in separate wells.

AESKULISA®CHECK tests check for the complete reaction against a specific antigen as it allows the combined detection of all relevant immunoglobulin subclasses (IgG, IgA, IgM) against a specific antigen in one well.
