STARLED3 EVO
From ACEM research â a new star is born. ACEM research has developed this new light from concept to production to create a truly exceptional and innovative light - STARLED3 EVO. The new light is based on LED (Light Emitting Diodes) technology and as such offers exceptional performance advantages over conventional halogen lighting, including true cold, white light with long life and superb efficiency.
Cold Light
LED produces a light beam without infrared rays (IR) and therefore without heat, this cold light will not alter or change the target temperature, it also means the operator too remains cool and unaffected by the light.
White Light
Thanks to the new LED light technology we have been able to produce an unparalleled quality of light with a colour temperature of 5.000°K, comparable to that of natural sunlight (see picture A) and a colour rendering index (CRI) of 86. Unlike conventional bulbs it is also possible to adjust brightness without altering light emission features.
Long Life
LED are semiconductors. For this reason they boast an average life of more than 100 times that of normal bulbs.
Efficiency
While the standard bulb starts loosing effi ciency from its fi rst stage of use, high-powered LED have a very linear yield and a negligible performance decay for their life duration
SUPER SOLEX 3/L
SUPER SOLEX 3/L is a medical lighting system suitable for diagnosis and out-patient use.
Light head support arm is regulated by a special spring system connected with a rubbed fork enabling to fix it in the desired position. Every light guarantees the maximum brightness without leakage. It is supplied with an antiheat filter for infrared rays (IR) absorption and three special bulbs. On/Off switching of the three lights is controlled by a single switch. The handle is extractable and sterilizable and, thanks to its features, the light intensity adjuster makes possible to work even in case of breakdown of one or more lights without compromising the good running of the others.

ACEM State-of-the-art high frequency x-ray units offer the following benefits of short exposure times, excellent picture clarity and high definition radiographs.
The base is moveable from side to side and front to back, the action is extremely smooth to allow effortless and perfect positioning of your patient. The cassette tray is self-centering and is placed under the radio transparent plane to achieve a consistent distance between patient and x-ray film. The cassette tray is stainless steel and accepts all cassette sizes. The base is constructed from a solid anodized frame to offer years of service and to maintain its “good looks”.
The system has been designed to be very simple to operate. The control panel with an attractive white on blue backlight LCD digital display is easy to read and is operated by a single dial and press control called “Rolly”. The “Rolly” system allows you to dial up the specific x-ray parameters quickly and trouble-free.
The x-ray unit is also designed with the following safety features:
Removable key preventing any unguarded use
Automatic filament current protection
Internal safeguarded against electrical surges
Inbuilt X-ray tube protector

x-ray room
This x-ray room is based on our bucky table, which has a floating tabletop and the option for a stationary grid device in place of the potter bucky device.
The tubestand hosting the x-ray source has a variable focal distance and can be moved horizontally on a rail fixed on the floor; if combined with the bucky stand it allows exams on lower limbs too.
Our bucky stand can be completed by a stationary grid device or a potter bucky device available with the option of a wall fixation or a self standing base on the floor.
It can be combined with an external cassette holder for higher sized cassettes (up to 120×43).
The x-ray transparent litter/trolley is available with a stationary grid device or a potter bucky device. The cassette is removable from both sides of the trolley.
