The cuvette
Plasma and reagent are simultaneously but separately incubated in the same cuvette; fine partitions in the floor of the cuvette prevent the fluids from flowing together. The 4-fold cuvette bar is integrated into a transportation system, and up to 58 bars for 232 tests can be loaded for testing in the storage stack.

The measuring process
Cuvette bars are transported from the stack to the pipetting station. After pipetting is completed, the bar is transported by sequential timing controls through three incubation positions which simultaneously incubate both sample and reagent to 37°C. The bar then moves into the measuring block which tips the cuvette down by 90° into a vertical position. The steel ball, plasma and reagent are forced down to the bottom of the cuvette where the ball starts rotating and thereby mixes the fluids.

The measuring system
A circulating magnet underneath the cuvette causes a steel ball to rotate, leading to the sample being very quickly and smoothly mixed. The ball binds and concentrates the developing fibrin strands in the optical light path, assuring optimal signal detection. The coagulation process is monitored by computer and compared to internal standards. In the case of a deviation, the test result is marked with an error flag. An automatic filter changer enables additional measurements such as chromogenic substrates and immunology, which are measured with 405 nm and 546 nm.

The sample distributor
Plasma and reagents are distributed with a pipette probe. The probe is rinsed between dispensing steps with distilled water and additionally decontaminated with a special Clean solution. A capacity level sensor controls the extraction of liquids from the collection tubes and from the reagent bottles.

The sample rotor
Each sample rotor has 31 positions for routine testing. Emergencies can be placed in a vacant sample position at any time. Each position is flexibly designed for collection tubes with 10–15mm diameter.

The reagent block
The cooled reagent block has positions for 16 reagent bottles and 5 control plasmas. Thrombolyzer RackRotor can, therefore, process up to 10 different test parameters without being refitted. In addition, up to 9 reagent blocks with different tests can be freely defined and the system adjusted by pressing a key. 24 cuvette positions are available for tests requiring pre-dilution.

User-friendly software
All information and commands for the daily routine are easily surveyed in the well structured main menu. Operating the instrument can be learned in a short time. Data entries are conducted entirely from the keyboard or by the barcode scanner. Various password levels protect the system from unauthorised access.

Gewerbeflächen-Monitoring

About us
Our company started in textiles business in 1960 with 13 Bursa looms and began to produce gauze, and hand-printed head scarf which were very popular then. Our company kept pace with modern invention in 1970’s, imported second-hand looms and increased the number of the looms to 80 as a precedent in Usak.

Our company launched production of gauze dressing consumed by many hospitals and private establishments then. By increasing demand and intensive business, it became hard to produce in small factories. For this reason, a larger plant was needed for dressing of fabrics and a bleaching-finish plant was established in 1975.

Our plant increased its production to 1,500,000 meters and was able to meet 50 % of gauze dressing need of our country.

Our present yarn plant, located on a closed area of 4,000 square meters, was established in 1992. It produces 40 tons of acrylics, shetland, orlon and yarn and these products are used in different areas in textile sector.

Our Scotch and serge weaving plant was established in organized industrial zone in 1988 to benefit from yarns produced in our yarn plant. During this period, the number of textile machines in serge weaving plant, were increased and monthly gauze dressing production reached 2,000,000 meters from 1,500,000 meters with 200 weaving looms.

Afterwards, we provided 10 weaving looms for our plant in organized industrial zone in 1999 and our plant, started to product bandage and furnish services for hospitals and private establishments.

Alçili Sargi Bezi of which headquarters is in Istanbul moved to our plant in organized industrial zone in May, 2002 and started to furnish services for private establishments.

Our primary objective was to establish an Opened Yarn Plant with daily capacity of five tons and expand our business with more modern and automatic machines, expand our product portfolio and start production of medicals to meet needs of this sector.
